cmd.exe is not my command shell. I use tcc.exe

Description

Please use $(ComSpec?) in makefiles to find the current shell. I use tcc.exe from JPSoft. Others may use ndos, 4NT, PowerShell? etc.

What would be easiest way to test it ? Can I try tcc.exe for free?

Yes the TCC is free (others are not) and a very powerful shell.

Fixed by removing all cmd /c in r246
